We have spent a good time this past year or so working on some diverse and exciting projects, and we’d love to show you some highlights of the work we’ve completed. Below are a few past projects on residential and commercials properties that we’ve helped elevate in their respective communities by giving them a fresh look with that magical T-rifik touch.
Project 1

| Services required: | The full exterior painting process was carried out.
We high-pressured cleaned the walls. Primer was applied to all the necessary sections Cracks were filled as well as areas skimmed where necessary. Two coats of the colour were applied. The woodwork was also attended to. The woodwork was sanded down We replaced all the loose putty with new putty and once the putty was dry, two coats were applied to the windows |

Project 2

| Services required: | Full exterior painting process.
The walls were high-pressure cleaned. A full coat of primer was applied to certain walls that were very bad. All the necessary filling of cracks was attended to as well as skimming of certain walls. Two coats of the colour were then applied once the walls were repaired. |

| Paint used: | The Paint was purchased from Paintsmiths in Durban, and the colours used were Aniseed on the walls and Burnt Lawn on the bands. A beautiful combination that showcases this home’s architectural design splendidly. |

| Services required: | The roof was high-pressured cleaned
The walls were high-pressure cleaned. A full coat of primer was applied on all the walls due to the previous coating being the Gamma Zenith. If the primer wasn’t applied, the paint would not have adhered due to the previous coating. All cracks were filled and skimming of walls carried out where necessary 2 coats of the colour were then applied The woodwork was also given their maintenance coats. This was for the windows and doors. The woodwork was sanded and 2 coats of the sealer applied |

Project 4

| Services required: | The verandah ceilings, columns and plaster bands were painted.
Also the rafters and battens under the eaves were painted. All the areas were cleaned Any peeling or flaking paint was scraped off Where necessary, repairs were carried out. This would have been either filing of cracks or skimming of areas 2 coats of the white were then applied |
